Usage Policy – Sendit File Transfer Service:
Sendit is a secure file transfer platform designed solely for communication and file exchange between AWCC employees and external vendors. It is not intended for personal storage or for hosting large files unrelated to business operations.
Storage Quota Notice:
Please note that each user is allocated a 5GB storage quota on this system. Uploading or storing data beyond this limit is not permitted.
Any attempt to exceed the quota will result in the automatic removal of files exceeding the allowed limit, without prior notice.
Prohibited file types include, but are not limited to:
1- Executable files (e.g., .exe)
2- Unauthorized media (audio/video)
3- Personal images or photos
4- Web content files (e.g., .html, .php)
5- Excessively large files / folder beyond 5GB
7- Non-business-related files
Regular audits are conducted to ensure compliance. Any prohibited files will be removed immediately without notice. Continued misuse may result in the revocation of Sendit access and may lead to disciplinary action by AWCC ITSAT Management.
